GET IN TOUCH WITH TELEPORT CITYSo here's the problem: for years we has our contact information up, and we got a fair number of really cool email from all sorts of people. Many of them were supportive and insightful, some were violent and threatening, and a few were batshit insane. Unfortunately, for every cool email I got, I got a hundred spam messages. At the end of the day, I was receiving upwards of five thousand junk emails every day, and obviously, even with spam filters, that makes an email account nigh unusable. So I switched to an email form, but eventually, even that got hammered by spam to the point where I had to shut it down.Which left me with a conundrum. I wanted to hear from folks, but I didn't want to hear from ALL those folks. I decided to lean heavily on the use of the comments are aon the reviews, and at this time, that is the preferred method of feedback for any of the reviews or travel reports we post. However, some communication doesn't fit into the realm of the comments area, and since not everyone has registered for our forums so they can send Private Messages via that avenue, I'm back to tenatively putting email contact information out for public consumption. So if you have something to say, and it doesn't involve telling us about cock hungry farm sluts (I already know about those sites), feel free to compose an email and send it to battlemonkey666 at yahoo. If you need help translating that to an actual email address, you should probably just call. A few guidelines for you to consider whilst you are putting together your communique: you don't need to suggest titles I should review. I currently have a schedule of roughly a thousand movies for review, changing on a near daily basis, so while I know the movie you think I should review is probably pretty cool, I have more than enough trouble getting through what I already plan on reviewing. Also, I do not sell or trade movies. If I know where you can get a copy of a movie, I will tell you in the review. Otherwise, you are on your own. Is there anything else you need to know? I think that's about it. |
